Postage & Postal Services
We send Australian orders through the reliable Australian Post network using Express Post, which provides an overnight service to most major cities, and a two day service to the rest of the country. We ship overseas by Registered Mail, which provides the extra protection of a traceable, sign on delivery service.
Once payment has been received we usually despatch your order within 24-48 hours. Australian customers will receive their order in 1 - 2 business days via Australia Express Post. International buyers will receive their order in 7-10 business days via International Air Mail.

Use a Safe Post Box
We do not insure items during delivery, so if your postbox / front door is not secure, we recommend that you nominate a delivery address that is, such as a staffed workplace.
Delivery Problems
MUSE orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt and are sent by Express Post satchels, for delivery by Australia Post the following day to most metropolitan areas. Delivery problems or delays are uncommon and usually come to light quickly. To ensure a prompt resolution, MUSE will liaise with Australia Post on your behalf and keep you informed of any progress. Hard copy shipment records are kept for 6-8 weeks.
Please note that we cannot replace or refund any orders which are not received, until 30 calendar days have passed and sufficient investigations have been made with the delivery provider.
